Lesson on software agents and liability lectured by Francisco Andrade in the Master’s Degree in EU law (Curricular Unit “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Technological sustainability in the digital decade”)
On 23 February 2024, from 11 AM to 1 PM, it was lectured by Prof. Francisco Andrade, CitDig key staff member, a lesson to students of the Master’s Degree in EU law (Curricular Unit “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Technological sustainability in the digital decade”) on software agents, their cognitive and intentional states, also discussing the proposal for a European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence and the proposal for a European Directive on non-contractual liability for acts of artificial intelligence.
