Lesson on digital citizenship lectured by Alessandra Silveira at the Master Degree in EU law (Curricular Unit “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”)
On 24 February 2023, from 9 AM to 11 AM, it was lectured by Alessandra Silveira, academic coordinator of JM Centre of Excellence CitDig, a lesson to the students of the Master Degree in EU law (Curricular Unit “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”) in which was assessing to what extent personal data protection is related to the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, as well as testing to what extent the General Data Protection Regulation enables the defense of individuals in the face of some AI applications, especially with regard to profiling and automated decisions.
