Lesson on personal data protection in secondary EU law, taught by Tiago Sérgio Cabral in the Master’s Degree in European Union Law (UC “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”)

On February 7, 2025, from 4 PM to 6 PM, Tiago Sérgio Cabral, PhD student associated with the CitDig Center of Excellence, taught a class to students of the Master’s Degree in European Union Law (UC “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”) on the protection of personal data in secondary EU law, in particular the position and obligations of the parties regarding the processing of personal data and data transfers to third countries.
