Lesson on personal data protection in secondary EU law, taught by Tiago Sérgio Cabral in the Master’s Degree in European Union Law (UC “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”)

On February 7, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM, Tiago Sérgio Cabral, PhD student associated with the CitDig Center of Excellence, taught a class to students of the Master’s Degree in European Union Law (UC “European Union Law and Policies I”, Module “Digital citizenship in the digital decade”) on the protection of personal data in secondary EU law,  especially within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation: general principles for the processing of personal data, lawfulness grounds and rights of data subjects.
