“CitDig organised, in partnership with the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov) of the University of Minho School of Law, a day of seminars on “New EU Labour Law Legislation and Case Law in the Digital Decade: Comparative Perspectives between Portugal and Spain”, particularly with regard to: transparent and predictable working conditions; equality and non-discrimination; digital platforms; freedom of movement; algorithmic management; protection of personal data.”

The event took place in the Hearing Room of the School of Law of the University of Minho (EDUM) throughout the morning and afternoon of 14 April 2023. It was moderated by Alessandra Silveira (CitDig Coordinator) and Teresa Moreira (EDUM Professor, organiser of the activity) and featured in-person interventions by José María Miranda Boto, Yolanda Maneiro Vázquez and Lidia Gil Otero (University of Santiago de Compostela); Marie-Cécile Escande Verniol (IETL – University of Lyon); Xosé Manuel Carril Vásquez (University of A Coruña); and Daniel Pérez del Prado (Carlos III University of Madrid).
